Modulus

Terms

Draft — last updated 23 September 2026

These are draft terms, written in plain language, for Modulus while it is in early testing. They will change before Modulus is offered more widely.

Modulus is operated by Aaron Chauhan, an individual.

What Modulus is

Modulus is a planning app. You give it your commitments, goals, tasks and limits, and it suggests what to do next or how to lay out your day, with a reason for each suggestion. Parts of each plan are chosen or worded by AI models, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Suggestions, not guarantees

Modulus's suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You decide what to do. Do not rely on Modulus alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, or for deadlines you cannot afford to miss.

Your account

Accounts are currently available by invitation; other sign-ups join the waitlist. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your information

What you enter stays yours. By using Modulus you let it store and process that information, including sending it to the services named in the Privacy Policy, so it can plan for you. If you enter information about another person, such as your anchor, only enter what you are entitled to share.

Fair use

Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service or its limits, or use Modulus to break the law. Modulus may limit how often you can make AI requests, and may suspend an account that misuses the service.

Availability and changes

Modulus is an early product. Features may change, pause or stop, and the service may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises about results, to the extent the law allows. These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version.

Stopping

You can stop using Modulus at any time. On the Settings page, Download my data gives you a copy of your data and Delete account deletes your account and its data. For help, use the contact details below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
